There will be weeks you do the program to the T and not have a loss, some weeks you might even show a gain. That's just how the body is, and there are so many variables why,
To much sodium, exercise, Pre-menstrual water weight, etc, etc.
As long as you know you are doing the program right, (staying OP) That's all you can ask for.
Remember,,,, the scales is only one of the tools we use to measure our journey, it only shows total weight at that moment. It's the overall trend we should be looking at not just the numbers on the scales.
The moral of the story - accept your weigh ins as what they are - just a number on the scale. And remember that every weigh in is not going to be a 6 pound loss. That's the rare exception.
Pay attention to the other victories as well: body measurements, clothing fitting better, exercising more, health benefits (i.e. not having to take meds), compliments from those around us, etc.
There is so much more to this program than just your weekly weigh in. Once everyone starts to realize that and take the weigh in as it is, you will be so much more successful. Remember the scales doesn't say you are a failure, They give us feedback.
