    Artichokes:
    Store unwashed artichokes in a plastic bag and refrigerate in vegetable crisper or drawer, away from fruits. Best if used within a couple of days, but will keep in refrigerator for up to one week.

    Asparagus:
    Wrap the bases of fresh asparagus spears in wet paper towels and keep in plastic bag, in the coldest part of your refrigerator. Asparagus can be stored up to 4 days.

    Bell Peppers:
    Store unwashed bell peppers in plastic bags in refrigerator vegetable crisper or drawer, away from fruits for 5 to 7 days.

    Broccoli:
    Store unwashed broccoli in a plastic bag in the refrigerator vegetable crisper drawer, away from fruits, for up to 4 days.

    Brussels Sprouts:
    Store unwashed sprouts in plastic bags in refrigerator vegetable crisper or drawer, away from fruits 2 to 3 days.

    Carrots:
    Cut off carrot tops if attached, before storing. Store unwashed carrots in plastic bags in refrigerator vegetable crisper or drawer, away from fruits, up to 2 weeks.

    Cauliflower:
    Store unwashed cauliflower in plastic bag in refrigerator vegetable crisper or drawer away from fruits, for up to 5 days.

    Celery:
    Store unwashed celery in plastic bag in refrigerator vegetable crisper or drawer, away from fruits, for up to 2 weeks.

    Lettuce (Iceberg):
    Clean lettuce before storing. Remove core and any wilted outer leaves. Rinse by holding head cored-end under running tap water allowing water to run all through the head to refresh it. Turn the lettuce head over and let the water run out. Store lettuce in plastic bag or airtight container in refrigerator, for up to 2 weeks.

    Lettuce (Leaf): Clean lettuce before storing. Cut bottom core off and thoroughly wash leaves under cold water. Do not allow the leaves to soak in water, it will cause them to lose crispness. Gently pat leaves dry with paper towels or a clean kitchen towel. A salad spinner can also be used to dry leaves. Store lettuce in plastic bag or airtight container in refrigerator for up to one week.

    Lettuce (Romaine):
    Clean lettuce before storing. Cut bottom core off and thoroughly wash leaves under cold water. Do not allow the leaves to soak in water, it will cause them to lose crispness. Gently pat dry leaves with paper towels or a clean kitchen towel. A salad spinner can also be used to dry leaves. Store lettuce in plastic bag or airtight container in refrigerator for up to 10 days.

    Red Radishes:
    If tops are attached, remove before storing. Store unwashed radishes in plastic bag in refrigerator vegetable crisper or drawer, away from fruits, for 5 to 7 days.
