    • 3 New York strips 1 inch thick
    • 1/4c. Teriyaki marinade and sauce
    • 1 clove garlic, minced
    • 1/8t. pepper


    Instructions


    1. Place steaks in large bag with sauce, garlic, and pepper.
    2. Marinate 45 mins. turning occasionally. Reserving marinade, grill steak 5 mins. on each side (rare).
    3. Brush occasionally with sauce.
