List of Ingredients
- 1c. thinly sliced red bell pepper
- 1c. thinly sliced green bell pepper
- 2T. butter
- 3/4c. A1 Bold steak sauce
- 1T. dry sherry
Instructions
- In medium skillet, over medium high heat, saute peppers in butter until tender-crisp, about 5 minutes.
- Stir in steak sauce and sherry; heat to a boil. Reduce heat; simmer 5 minutes.
- Serve warm with cooked beef or poultry.
- Makes: 1 3/4 cup
