List of Ingredients
- 2T. vegetable oil
- 1 med. onion, chopped
- 3(8oz) cans tomato sauce
- 1/2c. red wine vinegar
- 1/2c. brown sugar
- 2T. Worcestershire sauce
- 1/2t. freshly ground pepper
Instructions
- Heat oil in medium saucepan and saute onion until softened.
- Stir in remaining ingredients and simmer, uncovered, until thickened, about 30 mins., stirring occasionally.
- Let cool, then cover and refrigerate for up to 2 weeks.
