Spiced-Mustard Chicken

List of Ingredients
- 1 Tbsp mustard, hot and spicy
- 1/4 tsp red pepper flakes
- 1 tsp dehydrated onion flakes
- 1/2 cup sweet red pepper(s)
- 2 cup spinach
- 1 Tbsp fresh lemon juice
- 1 item acorn squash, cooked
- 1 Tbsp Butter
- 6 oz uncooked chicken breast, boneless and skinless
Instructions
- Preheat broiler. Coat chicken with mustard and sprinkle with pepper flakes. Broil until no longer pink. Heat a nonstick skillet with some butter. Add onion flakes, pepper and spinach. Drizzle with lemon juice and season to taste. Sauté until spinach is wilted. Serve chicken and sautéed vegetables with squash and butter.
