    2 Cups Cooked Chicken, cubed (no bones or skin)
    1 Can (10.75 oz) Cream of Mushroom Soup
    1 Can (10.75 oz) Cream of Chicken Soup
    1 Cup (8 oz) Sour Cream
    1 Can (7 oz.) Herdez Salsa Verde (green hot sauce)
    16 Corn Tortillas, cut into quarters
    1 Cup Colby Cheese, grated


    Recipe



    Combine chicken, soups, sour cream and salsa.

    In crock-pot, layer chicken mixture alternately with tortillas and cheese.
    Sprinkle top with cayenne chili powder.

    Cook on Low for 4 hours, or High for 2 hours (chicken is already cooked, so you just want to thoroughly heat through so the flavors mix and the cheese melts.
