List of Ingredients
3 large tomatoes, Diced
1/2 Tsp freshly-ground black pepper
1 large onion, Diced
1/2 Tsp garlic powder
2 Tbl jalapeņos, Diced
1 Tbl olive oil
1/2 cup fresh cilantro, Chopped
1 Tbl white vinegar
2 Tsp salt
Recipe
Mix all ingredients together in large container until well blended. Allow sitting for at least 6 hours, it is better if allowed to sit overnight.
