    Irish Coffee

    1 Tbs (15 ml) PurJava Honduran Dark Roast liquid
    coffee concentrate
    2 Tbs (30 ml) Irish Whiskey
    1 Tbs (15 ml) brown sugar
    1/2 cup (125 ml) hot water

    Stir all ingredients into mug, top with whipped cream. Serves 1.
