1 cup very strong cold black coffee
1 cup sugar
2 eggs
1 cup yogurt
2 1/2 cups flour
2 tsp baking powder

Preheat oven to 400oF, prepare pans. Put the first four ingredients into a
bowl & mix well. Add the dry mix to the wet mix until just combined. Spoon
into pans & bake for 15-20 mins. Makes 15.
