    3 cups onion, chopped
    1 cup celery, chopped
    2 cups carrots, shredded
    2 cups Salt-Free ketchup
    1/4 cup lemon juice
    1/3 cup brown sugar twin
    2 tbslp Worcestershire sauce
    4 tbsp dry mustard
    1-2 cups water

    Recipe



    Mix together with 1 to 2 cups of water. Add chicken to crockpot or other pot and cook until done.
