• 3 cups flour
  
• 1 1/2 tsp. salt
  
• 1 1/4 cups crisco shortning
  
• 1 egg, beaten
  
• 1 tbl. vinegar
  
• 4 tbl. water
  






Instructions



1. roll out dough on floured surface or between saran wrapremove saran wrap
   
   
2. put into greased and floured pie plate
   
   
3. bake pie according to your recipe
