    1 small onion, minced
    1/4 cups lemon juice
    1/4 cups olive oil
    2 tbs soy sauce
    2 cloves garlic, minced
    1 tbs ginger
    2 tbs honey
    2 tsp parsley flakes

    Recipe



    Mix together in small pot. Let chicken marinate in cooler in double gallon
    zip-lock overnight. Grill chicken over coals.
