3/4 cup fat free mayonnaise
1/4 cup finely chopped green onions
2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
dash pepper
4 1/2 cups small new potatoes, cooked and quartered,
about 1 1/2 pounds
Recipe
Mix mayonnaise, onions, mustard and pepper in a large
bowl. Add potatoes; mix lightly. Refrigerate until
ready to serve.
