List of Ingredients
2 eggs, slightly beaten
1 14-1/2-oz can cream corn
1 pkg. Jiffy corn muffin mix
1 C. sour cream
1 stick melted butter
Recipe
Combine all ingredients in a greased 2qt. baking dish.
Bake at 350° for 45 minutes, uncovered. Serves 8.
*** alteration per Paula Deen: delete eggs & add one 15-1/4 oz. can whole kernel corn, drained.
