    Country Stuffed Meat Roll

    List of Ingredients




    Mix 1 1/2 lbs. hamburger with 1 tsp salt and 1/4 tsp. pepper.

    Shape meat into 10x12 inches on waxed paper.

    Mix:

    1 1/2 c. whole kernel corn
    1 c. bread crumbs
    1 egg, beaten
    1/4 c. chopped onion
    1/2 salt
    1/8 tsp. pepper

    Recipe



    Mix will top meat roll lole a jelly roll.

    Bake at 350 for 1 hour.
