    8 case pencil asparagus spears
    • 1 pound prosciutto, thinly sliced
    • Extra-virgin olive oil

    Recipe



    Peel asparagus spears, blanch and shock in ice water.
    Loosely wrap thinly sliced prosciutto around the asparagus.
    Drizzle with extra virgin olive oil and serve.
