Brown Stew Pineapple Chicken

List of Ingredients
4 breasts of chicken
1 tsp. GRACE BROWNING
1/4 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 medium onion
2 stalks escallion
2 cloves garlic
2 sprigs thyme
1 cup GRACE FRYING OIL
1 can GRACE PINEAPPLE SLICES
1 cup GRACE TOMATO KETCHUP
Recipe
1. Debone chicken breast and marinate in Grace Browning, salt, pepper, chopped onions, escallion, garlic and thyme.
2. In a frying pan heat Grace Frying Oil and stir fry chicken breast to a light brown colour. Pour off excess oil.
3. Add the seasoning, reserve pineapple juice from the can and Grace Tomato Ketchup to the chicken breast, then simmer for 5 minutes.
4. Add pineapple slices 2 minutes later and simmer for a further 2-3 minutes on a low flame.
To Serve: Serve with hot Grace Rice and peas with saute vegetables.
