Strawberry-Peanut Drop Scones

2 cups self-rising flour
1 cup fresh ripe strawberries, washed, hulled and sliced
2 large eggs
1/2 cup Jif Creamy Peanut Butter
1/2 cup milk
1 and 1/2 tablespoons sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/8 teaspoon salt
Recipe
Combine the ingredients in the bowl of a food processor, fitted with the metal blade, and process until it is a smooth batter.
Lightly spray a skillet or griddle with Criscoฎ Cooking Spray and heat over medium heat.
Drop spoonfuls of the batter onto the cooking surface, spacing well apart.
Cook until the bottom is golden and bubbly.
Turn the scones over and cook about 1 minute more. Keep warm.
Serve with sliced fresh strawberries, whipped cream or powdered sugar.
Makes 4 to 6 servings.
