    30g Western Star Butter, melted
    1 ½ Cups Self-Raising Flour
    ¼ Cup Cocoa Powder
    ¾ Cup Castor Sugar
    90g Western Star Butter, melted
    ¾ Cup Milk
    2 Eggs, lightly beaten
    1 ½ Cups Milk, extra
    1 Cup Water
    185g Dark Chocolate, chopped


    Recipe



    Preheat the oven to 180C. Brush a 9-Cup capacity deep ovenproof dish with the small amount of melted butter.

    In a large mixing bowl, mix together the flour, cocoa, and sugar then make a well in the centre. Add the butter and combined ¾ cup milk and beaten eggs. Using a wooden spoon, gently stir all the ingredients until they’re just combined and smooth. Do not over beat.

    Pour into the prepared dish.

    To make the sauce, place the extra milk, water and chocolate into a small saucepan and over low heat, stir until the chocolate has melted and mixture is smooth. Pour this mixture gently over the pudding mixture and place in the oven.

    Bake for 45-50 minutes, until the pudding is firm to the touch. Serve straight from the oven, with cream or ice cream.
