    List of Ingredients




    Mix together:
    1 cup water
    4 eggs
    ½ cup oil

    Add, blending 30 seconds then beating for 2 minutes:
    1 lemon cake mix
    1 small box of instant lemon pudding mix

    Fold in:
    ¼ cup poppy seeds

    Pour into prepared loaf pans and bake at 350°F. for 35-45 minutes.

    Yield: 2 regular loaves, 3 smaller loaves or 5 mini loaves.


    Notes: Bake 24 cupcakes for 15 minutes
