Melt:
½ cup margarine, partially
Add and melt thoroughly:
2 cups chocolate chips
Pour into bowl containing:
2 eggs well mixed with
1-1/2 cups confectioner’s sugar
Mix well with electric mixer.
Add in and mix thoroughly:
2 tsp. peppermint extract
Pour into parchment-lined loaf pan and freeze.
Cut into squares and keep refrigerated.
