    6 c.pared cored and cubed pears any variety,1/2c.water,2-3Tbls.sugar,1teas.lemon juice.

    Recipe



    Bring all ingredients to boil.Cook over med.heat 10-15 mins.till pears are tender.Puree in food processor.
