    List of Ingredients




    1 cup Maple Syrup (do NOT use imitation!)
    ½ cup water
    3 Tablespoons corn starch
    2 Tablespoons cold water
    2 Tablespoons butter

    Recipe



    Boil maple syrup and water together for 5 minutes.

    Dissolve cornstarch in cold water. add to syrup.

    Cook and stir constantly until smooth and transparent, add butter. Cool. Fill pie shell.

    Bake in 400°F. oven for 25 to 30 minutes.
