4 ounces cream cheese, softened

1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract

2 cups sifted powdered sugar

1 to 3 teaspoons milk



Recipe

With electric mixer, mix all until smooth and spreading consistency. Great on pumpkin and date nut bread. Double the recipe to frost a full-size carrot cake.
