1/4 teaspoon celery seed
1/4 teaspoon sugar
4 teaspoons onion power.

5 Tablespoons of this mix equals 1 package of onion soup mix.

Notes: You can also use this to make dip, by adding 5 Tablespoons of the mix to 2 cups of sour cream.
