List of Ingredients
1 Medium Apple, peeled and sliced (Granny Smith is good)
4-5 Sprays of I Can't Believe It's Not Butter Spray
1/4 teaspoon Cinnamon (more or less as desired)
1/8 Cup Splenda Granular (more if using a sour apple, less if desired)
1 Cup Edy’s No Sugar Added, Fat Free Vanilla Ice CreamRecipe
Spray Apples with ICBINB Spray. Sprinkle cinnamon and Splenda on top of apples and mix well. Cover with plastic wrap. Microwave on high for approx. 3 minutes or until apples are tender. Scoop 1/2 Cup ice cream into each dish. Stir apples and split between the two dishes, placing on top of ice cream. Serve with 2 Tablespoons of Fat Free Cool Whip (optional).
