    2 cans nibblet corn
    1 cup splenda
    1 Tbls. cornstarch (not core zero pts.)
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 cup FF evaporated milk
    1 Tblsp. butter type product (I use land o lakes light w/canola=1pt. but u could probably use anything inc. spray butter or evo)
    1 egg beaten

    Recipe



    mix splenda & cornstarch
    add all other ingredients and mix well. Pour into a casserole dish sprayed with Pam. Bake 45 min -1 hr. @375. check to make sure pudding is set.
