    List of Ingredients




    1 cup canned pumpkin
    1 tsp pumpkin pie spice
    1 cup skim milk
    1 cup FF cool whip
    1 package SF FF instant vanilla pudding mix

    Recipe



    Mix together pumpkin, spice and milk until well blended. Add pudding
    mix and beat by hand 2 minutes. Fold in cool whip. Refrigerate.
