Hard Boiled Eggs

When I make hard boiled eggs, I usually cook a dozen at a time. While the
eggs are boiling, add food coloring to the water. When the eggs are
finished cooking they will be tinted the color of the die. At a glance, you
can look in your refrigerator and know which eggs are hard boiled and which
ones are raw. You no longer have to guess which eggs are cooked. This
allows you to have hard boiled eggs on hand for salads, or just plain
eating, and saves you time.
