Shrimp Ceviche
PROCEDURES
1 cut in half limes and lemons and juice removing all seeds
2 place chopped shrimp and salt in citrus juice. Cover shrimp completely with juice and wrap
with plastic wrap. BE SURE TO USE PLASTIC BOWL to cook shrimp.
3 let cook for at least 1 ½ hour but no more than 3.
4 after cooking process is complete add pico, cucumber and crab
Limes
lemons
kosher salt
Pico de Gallo
Peeled and seeded Cucumber
Shrimp pieces (chopped)
Lump Crab Meat
