    List of Ingredients




    1 1/2 lbs. sirloin tips
    salt and pepper to taste
    1 lg. onion, chopped
    3 tbsp. butter
    2 tbsp. flour
    2 c. beef bouillion
    2 tbsp. sherry
    2 tbsp. tomato paste
    1 tsp. dry mustard
    1 c. sliced mushrooms
    2/3 c. sour cream

    Recipe



    Cube beef and tenderize if necessary. Salt and pepper meat. Melt butter in heavy skillet and saute onion and beef. Add more butter if needed. Remove beef and onion to plate. Slowly brown flour in skillet and add bouillion to make smooth gravy. Add sherry, tomato paste, dry mustard, and blend well. Return beef and onion to skillet; add mushrooms and alow to simmer slowly to allow beef to get tender. Five minutes before serving, add sour cream. Serve over rice or noodles. Makes 4-6 servings.
