    Cilantro Dressing

    Excellent to use on Southwest Salad, or pasta salad.

    List of Ingredients




    1/4c fresh lime juice
    1/4c olive oil
    3T chopped cilantro
    1 jalapeno, finely minced
    1 garlic clove, minced
    1/2t chile powder (I use New Mexico chile powder)
    1/2t ground cumin

    Recipe



    Mix all ingredients and store in a jar. Store in refreigerator. Shake before each use.
