    List of Ingredients




    1/4 cup Equal® sweetener spoonful
    2 Tablespoons brown sugar
    3/4 cup cider vinegar
    1/2 cup vegetable oil
    1 medium green bell pepper, chopped
    1 medium onion, chopped
    3 ribs celery, sliced
    15 ounce can small sweet peas, rinsed and drained
    14 1/2 ounce can french-cut green beans, rinsed and drained
    11 ounce can white shoepeg corn, drained
    7 ounce jar diced pimiento, undrained
    1/2 teaspoon salt
    1/4 teaspoon pepper

    Recipe



    1. Bring first 4 ingredients to a boil in a small saucepan over medium heat; cook, stirring often, 5 minutes or until no-calorie Sweetner and brown sugar dissolves.

    2. Remove from heat, and cool 30 minutes.

    3. Stir together bell pepper and next 8 ingredients in a large bowl; gently stir in dressing.

    4. Cover and chill up to 8 hours.

    5. Serve with a slotted spoon
