    1/2 cup brown sugar
    1/4 cup butter
    2 cups milk
    2 eggs
    2 Tbs. corn starch
    1 Tbs flour
    1 tsp.vanilla
    1/2 tsp salt

    Recipe



    In iron skillet; caramelize brown sugar in skillet;add butter,beat egg yolks,add flour and corn starch and milk gradually together. Add to sugar and butter. SLOW heat until all crystals dissolved then add salt and vanilla,beat egg whites,fold 1/4 of beaten whites into pudding and
    use balance for meringue bake meringue in a slow oven i use about 250 until brown on top faster will not cook the meringue
    i found this is delicious
