Ice Cream Watermelon Pie

Rosie and I agreed that you mght substitute 1 cup peaches, strawberries, canteloupe,bananas or any fruit you prefer. Rosie is makng the watermelon and the strawberry one for the Holiday. ~Harriet~ Editor's note: This recipe was originally posted for Memorial Day 2000
24 graham cracker squares
1/4 C. margarine
1 C. watermelon
1 quart vanilla ice cream, softened
Blend 4 crackers on low speed for 10-15 seconds or until fine crumbs form.
Empty into medium bowl.
Repeat process with remaining crackers.
In a small saucepan, melt margarine.
Remove from heat; add cracker crumbs, mix until crumbs form ball.
Press mixture in a 9 inch pie plate.
Refrigerate 1 hour.
Place watermelon in blender.
Blend on low speed for 30 seconds.
Swirl mixture through softened ice cream.
Firmly pack ice cream into crust.
Cover.
Freeze several hours or until firm.
Sprinkle top with more graham cracker crumbs before serving.
