    Creamy Dijon Vinaigrette
    1/3 cup wine vinegar
    1/4 teaspoon each: salt and pepper
    1 cup canola oil
    2 teaspoons Dijon mustard
    1 tablespoon mayonnaise

    Whisk ingredients to blend. Refrigerate until
    ready to serve.
