    Chicken Raman Salad

    List of Ingredients


    • 1 bag coleslaw
    • 2 cups, cooked and cubed chicken
    • 1 onion, chopped
    • 1/4 cup peanut oil
    • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
    • 1 tablespoon hot chili oil
    • 1 tablespoon sugar
    • 3 tablespoons rice wine vinegar
    • 1/2 teaspoon pepper
    • 1 pkg Ramen seasoning
    • 1/2 cup slivered almonds
    • 2 tablespoons toasted seasame seeds
    • 2 pkgs Ramen noodles


    Instructions


    1. In saucepan heat 2 Tbsp of margerine and brown Ramen noodles.

    2. Set aside in refrigerator with the nuts and seeds

    3. In a large salad bowl, combine the oils, sugar, vinegar, and pepper

    4. Add the coleslaw and chicken. Blend together thoroughly.

    5. Refrigerate, overnight if possible, until served.

    6. Before serving, add 1/4 cup of water and the noodle, nut, and seed mixture.
