Chicken Raman Salad

List of Ingredients
- 1 bag coleslaw
- 2 cups, cooked and cubed chicken
- 1 onion, chopped
- 1/4 cup peanut oil
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- 1 tablespoon hot chili oil
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- 3 tablespoons rice wine vinegar
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
- 1 pkg Ramen seasoning
- 1/2 cup slivered almonds
- 2 tablespoons toasted seasame seeds
- 2 pkgs Ramen noodles
Instructions
- In saucepan heat 2 Tbsp of margerine and brown Ramen noodles.
- Set aside in refrigerator with the nuts and seeds
- In a large salad bowl, combine the oils, sugar, vinegar, and pepper
- Add the coleslaw and chicken. Blend together thoroughly.
- Refrigerate, overnight if possible, until served.
- Before serving, add 1/4 cup of water and the noodle, nut, and seed mixture.
