French Herb Wine Butter

1 cup Ultra Creamy Butter, softened
2 tablespoons dry white wine or sherry
1 tablespoon finely chopped shallots
2 teaspoons chopped fresh parsley*
3/4 teaspoon chopped fresh thyme leaves**
1/2 teaspoon finely chopped fresh garlic
Beat butter in small mixer bowl at medium speed until creamy (1 to 2 minutes). Reduce speed to low. Add all remaining ingredients; continue beating until well mixed (1 to 2 minutes).
Cover; refrigerate at least 1 hour to enhance flavors.
Makes 16 (1-tablespoon) servings.
*Substitute 1/2 teaspoon dried parsley flakes.
**Substitute 1/4 teaspoon dried thyme leaves.
