    1 stick butter
    3 carrots, grated
    3 ribs celery, chopped
    3 green onions, chopped
    3 cans chicken broth
    8 oz. Cheddar cheese
    3 cans cream of potato soup
    8 oz. sour cream

    Recipe



    Saute the above ingredients for 15 minutes. Add chicken broth, wait 30 minutes. Add grated cheese, cream of potato soup and sour cream.
