    House dressing "copycat" recipe from a popular St. Louis restaurant called the "Pasta House".


    List of Ingredients


    • 2/3 cup olive oil
    • 1/3 cup red wine vinegar
    • 1 tsp. salt
    • 1/4 tsp. black pepper
    • 2/3 cup grated parmesan


    Instructions


    1. Mix all ingredients together in a cruet and shake until well blended.
