    • 4 golden delicious apples, cored and chunked
    • 2 teaspoons of lemon juice
    • 1/2 cup of golden raisins (optional)
    • 1 cup of apple juice or cider
    • 3 tablespoons of honey


    Instructions


    1. combine all ingreidents in a medium pot under medium heat
    2. cook until apples begin to break down and rasins are plump
