    PINEAPPLE UPSIDE DOWN CAKE


    List of Ingredients


    • 4 T. oleo
    • 1 C. brown sugar
    • 2 (22 oz) crushed pineapple, drained (use juice in cake mix)
    • Cherries and nuts


    Instructions


    1. Melt oleo in 9X13 pan.
    2. Add brown sugar, pineapple, cherries and nuts.
    3. Pour prepared yellow cake mix over mixture.
    4. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 - 35 minutes.
    5. Servings may be topped with whipped cream.
