BEEF, CROCK POT STEAK

List of Ingredients



• 2 to 2 1/2 lbs. round steak
  
• 1 half oz. pkg. onion soup mix
  
• 3/4 C. hot water
  
• 1 (10 1/2 oz.) can Cream of mushroom soup.
  






Instructions



1. Cut steak into serving pieces. Place in crock pot.
   
   
2. Add dry onion soup mix, soup & water.
   
   
3. Cook, covered on low 6-8 hours.
   
   






Final Comments


Serve over noodles or rice.
