BEEF, CROCK POT STEAK

List of Ingredients
- 2 to 2 1/2 lbs. round steak
- 1 half oz. pkg. onion soup mix
- 3/4 C. hot water
- 1 (10 1/2 oz.) can Cream of mushroom soup.
Instructions
- Cut steak into serving pieces. Place in crock pot.
- Add dry onion soup mix, soup & water.
- Cook, covered on low 6-8 hours.
Final Comments
Serve over noodles or rice.
