4 oz PORK SAUSAGE, BULK, raw
4 oz CHEDDAR CHEESE - shredded
2 tbsp ONION, RAW finely chopped
2 tbsp CELERY, RAW finely chopped
1/4 tsp GARLIC POWDER (not garlic salt)
Recipe
Shred cheese. Make sure onion and celery are finely chopped. Mix all together, form into 1 inch balls, place on ungreased cookie sheet or into mini muffin pans, and bake at 375 for 15 minutes. Can use Shredded Nacho and Taco cheese or Italiano cheese for different flavor, or use minced garlic or roasted garlic granules in place of the garlic powder. Don't use garlic salt as it may be too salty. Cheese will ooze out, which is why I use the mini muffin tins. Good hot or cold. May add 6 tbsp Atkins baking mix , almond flour or whey powder if you like. Or for firmer texture, add an extra 3/4 cup baking mix and extra 1/2 cup cheese.
