    List of Ingredients




    2 cans french style green beans
    8 oz sour cream (can use FF or RF)
    2 Tbsp butter
    2 Tbsp flour
    1 lb Swiss cheese, shredded

    Recipe



    Drain beans and cook in fresh water, just until heated through (removes that
    'canned' taste). Drain, and place in bottom of a casserole dish (or 8x8
    pan). Sprinkle approx. half of cheese over beans. In saucepan, melt butter,
    and add flour. Add salt & pepper to taste. Stir in sour cream until smooth
    and creamy. Pour over beans. Top with remaining cheese. Bake @ 375 for 20
    min.
