1 box frozen spinach, chopped and squeeze

2 chopped tomatoes

¾ c. chopped onion

1 (8oz.) block of cream cheese

2 T. chopped jalapenos in jar with a little juice

1/3 c. half and half

2 c. shredded Monterey Jack cheese



Recipe



Stir ingredients in bowl. Butter serving dish. Pour mixture in and bake at 400 for 20 to 25 minutes.
