    1 box frozen spinach--Cook 6 minutes microwave & drain, pat dry w/ paper towel

    Mix together.
    spinach
    1 can strichoke, chopped and drained
    1 1/2 c.mayo
    1/2 block cream cheese
    1 bag italian parmesan cheese
    1 tep. garlic powder

    Recipe



    Bake at 350 for 1/2 hour. Serve with wheat thins.
