MEXICAN CASSEROLE
List of Ingredients
4 chicken breast halves(cooked and shredded)
1/8 cup chicken broth
Grated cheddar cheese
Grated Mexican 4 cheese blend
1 jar salsa
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 8oz. sour cream
1 pk.flour tortillas
Recipe
Mix salsa,chicken soup and sour cream.POUR CHICKEN BROTH IN CASSEROLE dish. Line the dish with enough tortillas to cover the bottom of dish. Then layer chicken,salsa mixture,and cheese over tortillas.Layer twice,ending with cheese.
Bake 400º until cheese is melted
