    1 C. flour
    pinch salt
    1 egg
    2/3 C. milk
    7 oz. corn

    Recipe



    Blend flour and salt. Add egg and milk. Beat until a smooth batter.

    Drain corn and mix with batter.

    Heat cooking oil in frying pan and drop by large spoonfuls.

    Cook for 2 min until brown and turn. Cook for 2 min until brown.
